IWCA Board Supports Grant #2056

The study, Using A Novel Combination of Drugs to Treat Arrhythmia and Heart Failure in Dogs, received unanimous IWCA Board support during the February 1 meeting in Atlanta, GA. Funding in the amount of $2,500 was allocated through the IWCA's CHF Donor Advised Funds.

In her presentation, Health and Research Chair, Frances Abrams, indicated that the study had gone through the peer review process and that the researcher previously has done work for the IWF. She indicated that this study would be very beneficial to our breed.
