New Osteosarcoma Trial
05/21/2014
Nicola Mason, BVetMed, PhD at the University of Pennsylvania, and recent IWF-sponsored speaker at GLIWA and IWADV, has started a new clinical trial for osteosarcoma patients which, unlike her first study, does NOT require amputation or diagnosis by biopsy. Criteria for trial eligibility include "dogs with suspected early OSA based on breed, clinical signs and radiographs." Dogs should be otherwise healthy and not have received any treatment for their osteosarcoma prior to entering the study. Full details available here.
