Hotel and Motel Etiquette
Clean up after your dogs, PLEASE! Please, always keep dogs on leashes at the show and on Hotel Grounds. Please, follow all hotel restrictions about dogs. The Show Committee has designated the Hotel Grounds as an extension of the show site. An Event Committee Hearing may be held to address any hotel complaint about the condition of your room and/or destruction of Hotel Property.
RV Parking at Cache County Fairgrounds
Parking Information
All parking is a privilege extended by the Cache County Fairgrounds and Event Center. The Irish Wolfhound Club of
America has the right to withdraw this privilege from any person who feels that he/she cannot abide by the rules and
regulations, or resorts to abusive language. All parking is at your own risk, the Club assumes no responsibility for fire, theft
and/or damage to any vehicle or cargo.
Day Parking
There is no charge for day of show parking. All exhibitors enter off W 400 S street onto S 500 W street, on the west side of
the Event Center. Please do not block interior fairground roads.
Handicapped Day Parking space is limited. All handicap vehicles must have a visible handicap sign.
Reserved Overnight Parking
Overnight parking will be available from 12:00pm Sunday, May 25th through Thursday, May 29, 2025. Overnight parking
must be vacated by 11:00am Friday, May 30, 2025 in order to accommodate another event at the fairgrounds. For those
needing to park before Sunday or after Thursday, contact Frank to coordinate with Cache County Fairgrounds.
All Parking is at Your Own Risk
- Overnight parking will be only allowed in designated areas.
- No discharge of grey water or sanitary tanks allowed at the fairgrounds. A close RV dump site is L W's Truck Stop,
1000 W 200 N, Logan, UT 84321- approximately 4-minute drive. - Exhibitors are responsible for damages and CLEAN UP of their parking spaces.
- All RV’s must have a working Fire Extinguisher.
- Your vehicle and rig must fit with the marked space, or you will be asked to move.
- Parking reservations not refundable after May 18, 2025. Refund requests must be in writing by mail or email.
- Some overnight parking areas are adjacent to the main ring (See map). Blue dots on map indicate water hook ups.
Every attempt will be made to give you your choice of RV parking area, but it is not guaranteed. - There are showers and restrooms available on site.
- No trading or reselling reserved spaces without approval of the Parking Coordinator in advance of the show. Those
wishing to park together must notify the Overnight Parking Coordinator when the reservation is submitted. - $25.00 charge for returned checks.
